TWO WAYS TO INVEST
Loan — You lend an agreed sum at a fixed rate for a fixed term. Straightforward, predictable, secured against the asset.
Joint Venture — You fund the deal and share in the profits on sale. Returns are higher and reflect the performance of the project. Your capital is protected throughout by first charge security.
