Investment Strategy

Our strategy is to purchase properties which we believe are undervalued but with high tenant demand.
We purchase these properties at below market value and then develop to add value.
Once we have done this we either sell or re-finance the property to release the equity created. If the decision is to retain we benefit from the ongoing rental returns.

Developments & Refurbishments

We have an established team of architects, builders, electricians, plumbers, project managers and solicitors to ensure our properties are refurbished and completed to a high specification in the shortest time-frame as possible.

Property Management
​
We provide a full turn key solution for properties from conception, refurbishment through to management. When it comes to management we ensure all tenants & guests are fully vetted, have a dedicated maintenance team on hand and well maintained communal spaces all ensuring we have long and happy relationships with our tenants and guests

Having spent 20 years in marketing producing advertising campaigns for several household brands and running an agency he has a unique understanding of how creativity and commerce can create massive change for businesses.

As the founder and Managing Director of Goldborne Property Investments Patrick loves to find the opportunity in any challenges. He is responsible of the day to day running of the business and delivering a best in class product.
